HEALTHY POPSICLE / SMOOTHIE RECIPE FOR BABIES, KIDS & ADULTS!

I use my amazing NINJA Smoothie Maker to make my kids these simple healthy popsicles every week. 

It's a great fun tasty way to get their greens in and SO EASY!

My sister made them for her kids, now teenagers, and I've been making them since mine were babies (now 7 & 5).

RECIPE :

1 cup Organic Pineapple Juice

1 ripe Organic Banana

Spinach (as much as you can pack in!)

Experiment with the spinach amount to taste. I put a LOT in and the savory taste is covered by the sweetness of the juice and banana. I've also made it with kale which is great too but it's more tart so adjust accordingly.

After filling the molds, drink the rest of the delicious smoothie yourself!

When my kids were babies I also filled popsicle molds with organic prune juice when needed ;)
